Today, Monday, June 28, 2010, I bought SPY, for both client and my personal accounts.

In view of Friday's extremely heavy market volume, which hints at a possible trend reversal (from down to up), I am increasing our exposure to the market. By my calculation, managed accounts are now roughly equal to the S&P in terms of statistical volatility. I consider this a "neutral" stance. With 25% of our assets in cash, this is still a cautious portfolio.

I'll maintain my nominal stance at "bearish" for now, pending improvement in my indicators.
