Market Commentary

Market Stance: BULLISH (since October 31, 2005)

After five solid up weeks in a row, the last of which (the week before last) was spectacularly strong for Deen Capital accounts, it's not surprising that the market took a breather last week. I am pleased that our account values slipped only negligibly, less than the market averages.

This strong end-of-year rally which began in late October shows little sign of topping out. True, mid-week, one of my indicators did down-shift briefly from bullish to neutral, but now, at week's end, all three of my primary technical indicators are once again unanimously bullish.

Of course, my opinion is subject to change without notice as I re-evaluate market conditions daily. But, from where I sit today, I'd say there's a good chance that this rally has further to go.
