Mr. Deen received an S.B. in Computer Science from M.I.T. in 1974. From then until 1991, he was a successful software engineer. In 1990, he began applying his computer expertise to the stock market. In June 1991, he left his software career to pursue stock market research and trading full-time. It is this research which led to the Aggressive Equity Management Program. In October 1992, he founded Deen Capital Management, Inc.

Mr. Deen brings a statistical / engineering approach to the stock market. He creates and frequently refines his proprietary computer-based decision-support tools.

Mr. Deen's hobbies include tennis and classical music. He lives in Santa Barbara, California with his wife and daughter.
